En **gris** represento el **flujo actual existente** en la página, donde se puede acceder al **cuadro médico o a urgencias**. **Represento el recorrido** desde que introduce los datos en el buscador hasta cuando pide la cita con un doctor. El **flujo parece más complejo** de lo que es pues **divide las citas y las urgencias en médicas o dentales.** Se podría **simplificar** mucho más si se **agruparan ambos flujos**. En **morado** claro represento los **nuevos flujos que podrían incluirse** en la búsqueda. Por ejemplo, en **urgencias**, se podría **incluir una llamada a ambulancia** directa o que directamente te dirija al centro más cercano. También se podría añadir **un chatbot**, este se podría encargar de **aliviar los problemas más leves** de los usuarios.
